Fox Sports Southwest:
Saints punter Thomas Morstead is now wearing a ring more precious to him than his Super Bowl ring with the Saints: a wedding ring.
Saturday he married his longtime girlfriend Lauren Moore in the couple's hometown of Houston.
Morstead and Moore have dated since high school.
The service at Holy Rosary Church was attended by several of Morstead's current and former teammates including Garrett Hartley, John Carney, Jonathan Casillas, Justin Drescher and Jeff Charleston.
The reception was held at Hotel ZaZa, where the couple infused some New Orleans flavor by bringing in the popular Crescent City cover band Bag of Doughnuts.
Morstead is planning an abbreviated honeymoon in order to continue preparing for Saints training camp, which begins at the of July.

2011 first round draft pick RB Mark Ingram seems to be on the way out, but for Pierre Thomas his role in the New Orleans offense looks to get bigger.

New Orleans Saints rookie first round pick Kenny Vaccaro was walking around in New Orleans and multiple people confused him for Colin Kaepernick. It’s an easy mistake to make since the two do look alike, but it’s too bad for Vaccaro. Hopefully once he starts playing for the Saints this won’t happen anymore. Good for Vaccaro though not taking it too personally and being a good...
I think with all of the news about the New Orleans Saints, many reporters and fans are forgetting one fantastic signing: a great tight-end known as Benjamin Watson. Not only has this player had a fantastic career, he comes to New Orleans at a great time for a playoff run.
At the beginning of the year, ESPN and NFL analysts were comparing the New Orleans tight-end duo with Graham...
Tackle is a very interesting position for the Saints this year with Jermon Bushrod gone, as there's tons of depth but not a lot of proven talent. There are a number of players on the roster with intriguing potential so you have to feel pretty good on one or two panning out, especially given the track record of success this regime has had with offensive linemen. That said, Aaron...
No, that's not Colin Kaepernick walking the streets of the Big Easy, that's New Orleans Saints rookie Kenny Vaccaro.
A lot of people wouldn’t mind getting recognized as an NFL quarterback that led his team to last year’s Super Bowl, but Saints first round draft pick Kenny Vaccaro is not one of those people. As you can see in the video below, the former University of Texas safety keeps getting mistaken for 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick in his new home of New Orleans. Watch as a camera crew...
