New Orleans Saints VP of Communications Greg Bensel reports via Twitter that the organization has signed wide receiver Joe Horn to a one-day contract. He will announce his retirement from football after signing. Horn set the Saints' single-season receiving marks for yards (1,399) and TDs (11) while finishing 55th in NFL history with 8,744 yards.
