The New Orleans Saints didnt put either WR Marques Colston or WR Lance Moore on the injury report for this week, per WWLTV New Orleans.
Both receivers were checked for concussion symptoms during the game against the San Francisco 49ers, but appear ready to play against Atlanta.
Colston and Moore will be key components in the Saints Thursday night tilt against the Atlanta Falcons, who lead the division but have faltered of late. Against the 49ers, Colston became the Saints all-time leader in receiving touchdowns. Source: NFL Trade Rumors Attached Thumbnails

While the New Orleans Saints are expected to have wide
receivers Marques Colston and Lance Moore, who each exited last Sunday’s game with
head injuries, when they take on the Atlanta Falcons tonight, they will be without
six players, including wide receiver Courtney Roby.

Who Decided It Was A Good Idea To Let Curtis Lofton Run His Mouth?
When Curtis Lofton was with the Falcons he was thought of as a stand-up guy. As a team guy. Apparently, the Falcons did a great job covering up the fact that he's just a guy with his head up his ass.
It's no secret that Lofton wanted to stay with Atlanta last season but wasn't brought back as the Falcons wanted to go in a different direction with their defense...
Still eying playoffs, Saints get ready for Falcons
Drew Brees happily entertains playoff possibilities for the New Orleans Saints, figuring that the question of whether a 5-6 team deserves to be in the NFC wild card race is irrelevant.
He has a point.
Despite an 0-4 start and their latest loss on Sunday to San Francisco, New Orleans remains one game out with five games left. To Brees, that means the Saints are virtually in control...

Saints defensive end Will Smith says he and linebacker Jonathan Vilma will be present Friday when their lawyers cross examine former New Orleans defensive coordinator Gregg Williams in Washington, D.C.

Brodrick Bunkley kicks Alex Boone in head
In what surely will result in a hefty fine from the league, Saints DT Brodrick Bunkley did his best Ndamukong Suh impersonation by kicking 49ers OL Alex Boone in the head. He was promptly ejected from game. Via Doug Farrar of Yahoo Sports:With 1:13 left in San Francisco's eventual 31-21 win, the 49ers were set up to kick a 33-yard field goal, but the attempt was blocked by...
New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons point spread, line and preview
The New Orleans Saints will visit the Atlanta Falcons for a Thursday night game. The game which will be played in the Georgia Dome has an 8:20 p.m. EST kickoff.
While the two teams are on opposite sides of the playoff race this one figures to be a lot closer then the teams individual records. The Saints have been vastly improved since the return of interim coach Joe Vitt but they...
Jimmy Graham Shut Down by 49ers
Saints tight end Jimmy Graham only had four receptions for 33 yards on six targets Sunday against the 49ers, but it wasn't due to a lack of playing time. Graham played 70 percent of the team's offensive snaps, tops on the team among any WRs, RBs and TEs. Andrew Juge of the Saints Nation makes his weekly visit to break down the film from the loss to the 49ers. Ralph thinks the Saints might be closer to the playoffs even after the loss. Saints Thin At O-Line With OT Bryce Harris Being Placed On IR
Acting head coach Joe Vitt said Tuesday the team has elevated tight end Michael Higgins from the practice squad to the 53-man roster to replace tackle Bryce Harris, now on injured reserve with a broken bone in his lower right leg.
Starting right tackle Zach Strief (groin) was limited in Tuesday's workout, and it remains unclear whether he can step back into the lineup with...
Marques Colston lands on his head after hit by 49ers defender (Video)
I'm still trying to figure out how New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marques Colston didn't end up seriously injuring himself on this brutal hit from yesterday's Saints/49ers game.
The incident happened in the third quarter of play as Colston was hit low by 49ers safety DaShon Goldson and was sent helmet first into the Superdome turf:
Thankfully for Marques...
QB Ranks – Week 13
QB Rankings
Drew Brees and Matt Ryan are two of the top fantasy options at the quarterback position in week thirteen. The Saints struggle on the road and the Falcons excel at home which leads us to believe that the Saints may be throwing a little more thus leading to Brees being ranked ahead of Ryan this week in my rankings.
RGIII has a date with the New York Football Giants on Monday...
Saints OT Zach Strief Hopes To Return Thursday Against Falcons
The Saints banged-up offensive line could be in much better shape for Thursday nights game with the Atlanta Falcons.
The Saints have used four right tackles in the past four games after a chain of injuries that started when Zach Strief hurt a groin against the Philadelphia Eagles and had to have a surgical procedure for a core muscle injury.
