How convinced are you that the end of last season will not continue into the 2012 season? I thought it was over until I heard Santonio’s responses to questioning on a conference call today with the New York Media, the first day of team OTAs.
Because Santonio really didn’t address the debacle that was the end of the season in Miami (you remember, where we was benched), the media as a whole was going to grill him to finally put this story to bed. It could have been a non-story if Santonio simply fessed up and said he personally made mistakes and is putting last season behind him.
He sort of answered that way without the personal accountability part. When asked if he had any regrets his answer: “Why Should I?”.
