60 Max Power O:
The Seattle Seahawks had their largest rally ever just to beat a winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers team, the team is barely surviving when they should be dominating their competition. Playing down to average or below average teams have contributed to the struggles of an 8-1 team that seems so much better than what's on the scoreboard.

Pro Bowl left tackle Russell Okung, who has been sidelined since partway through the 49ers victory on Sept. 15, has recovered enough from his foot injury that he started practicing with the team on Friday. He will continue practicing this week, though he is ineligible to return from the short-term injured reserve until Seattle’s Week 11 […]
Yesterday the Seattle Seahawks worked out three veteran wide receivers as well as former Green Bay Packer QB B.J. Coleman. With Sidney Rice being lost for the year with an ACL injury, the Seahawks brought in former Giant Ramses Barden, former Cowboy Danny Coale and former Detroit Lion Mike Thomas. Neither of them were signed, […]
The Seattle Seahawks’ defense is outstanding, but it is no secret that they have been getting gashed by the run for the last couple of weeks. Yes, the Seahawks have been successful at stopping the run against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans, and Arizona Cardinals, but that is all in the past and the recent trend is reason enough for concern. A couple...
The Seattle Seahawks fans had to be a little worried about this game. The Seahawks went into halftime trailing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 21-7. Was this a problem? For most NFL teams it could be, but not for Russell Wilson and his Seattle Seahawks. They regrouped during the halftime and came back onto the field and played one hell of a second half of football. The Seahawks defense...
Wide receiver Percy Harvin’s return from hip surgery remains a daily evaluation, but Carroll said the team is “not counting on,” Harvin playing this week. Center Max Unger and defensive end Red Bryant are both going through concussion protocols after being injured on Sunday against Tampa Bay. Coach Pete Carroll said Monday that the Seahawks […]
Russell Wilson’s comeback victory was the ninth when tied or trailing in the fourth quarter or overtime, including playoffs. This is a huge stat, especially when you take into account that Wilson is 3-0 in overtime games. He has 19 victories in his first 25 starts, which puts Wilson fifth on the all-time list through the […]
The Broncos placed former Seattle Seahawks OG John Moffitt on the reserve/left squad list Tuesday after he failed to report to the team after the Week 9 bye. Center J.D. Walton was activated from the reserve/physically unable to perform list to take his roster spot. Moffitt, the No. 75 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft, is […]
Are Seahawks as good as record?
I was told yesterday, “Wow, the Seattle Seahawks sure are struggling.”
My response was, “Uhhh, they have just won 4 games in a row and are 8-1 overall. What do you want?”
That is the real question isn’t it. What do fans want to see from this team?
Ideally we want to see our team utterly humiliate the other team. We want to see our backups...
According to Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post, the Seattle Seahawks worked out wide receivers Ramses Barden, Mike Thomas, and Danny Coale, as well as quarterback B.J. Coleman.

Doug Baldwin does not want the Seattle Seahawks to become comfortable looking at a deficit and having to play from behind.
That said, the Seahawks are proving to be pretty good when it comes to mounting a rally.
''We understand there is a process to it once we do get behind. We focus on us, we reconnect with what we need to do ... and take it one play at a time,''...
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate created quite the highlight during Seattle’s come from behind win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers yesterday.
Watch below as Tate falls short of a touchdown, but breaks 5 tackles on his way to an amazing long punt return.
Last week Percy Harvin looked to be on pace to start when he had a sudden setback. Coach Pete Carroll said Harvin is in “phase two” of his rehab and had a “great workout,” but still hasn’t been cleared to resume practicing. Harvin remains day to day and is not expected to play in Week 10 […]
Seahawks receiver Percy Harvin is a longshot for Week 10 against Atlanta. SOURCE: Ben Condotta, Seattle TimesFantasy Spin:Harvin, who has now been practicing for over two weeks, seems more likely to return in Week 11. Ironically, that would be against his former team, the Minnesota Vikings. Harvin hasn't played yet this season after undergoing offseason hip surgery.
Reporters who approached Seahawks kicker Steven Hauschka after his 27-yard overtime field goal to beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday were greeted with a sympathetic smile.
Sorry, he had no great story to tell. For Hauschka, it was just another kick.
“It really is,’’ he said. “It’s not that exciting. It’s a big one because it won the game. But for me it was just the...
The season is at the midway point and as we journey into the second part of our lonely trudge into fantasy fame in some leagues and fantasy infamy in others, it gets harder and harder to get in on someone and call them a buy low. Too much work has been done at this point to point at a player and say ‘that guys underperforming’ or ‘that one’s clearly playing above his head’...
