According to Jay Glazer of FoxSports, the deal between the Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders is complete.
Oakland will send Seattle two picks in exchange for quarterback Matt Flynn. The two sides have been hashing out the compensation over the weekend and finally came to an accord.

‘The Raiders have agreed to send two draft picks to Seattle for quarterback Matt Flynn, with the paperwork to be signed this morning.
The picks involved in the Flynn deal are in 2014 and 2015.
