Seahawks safety Earl Thomas confirmed that he has been fined $15,000 for his roughing the passer penalty on Ryan Tannehill that gave the Miami Dolphins the opportunity to score the go-ahead touchdown against Seattle, Eric Williams of the Tacoma Tribune reports. “That’s just the NFL – that’s all I have to say about it,” Thomas said.
