The play probably looked worse than it was Seattle guard Robert Gallery peeling back to cut Denver defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley on a screen pass. Gallery caught Bunkley at the knees. Denver coach John Fox, said Bunkley sprained his right knee. Gallery was unapologetic. Look in the rule book that was a completely legal block to me, Gallery said. The ref even said it. Thats football, man. Id do it again. I dont like that he got hurt, but that was a completely legal block, and Id do it 100 times again. Bunkley wasnt looking for an apology. Its the game, man, Bunkley said. Were in the trenches, and things like that are going to happen. Ill be all right. Im not going to say anything is dirty. Thats just the way the game is played.
