Sebastian Janikowski has long been one of the NFL’s best and most consistent kickers. Janikowski is at the age of 35 and still believes he has many years to go, in fact he believes he has 7-8 more years left in him.
“I would love to stay here and finish my career,” he said. “This is where I started and where I would like to finish. I can go seven or eight years. If I stay healthy, I can keep going.
“I want to play as long as I can and win the Super Bowl. That’s the ultimate goal,” Lechler said to San Francisco Gate.
This is the last year of Janikowski’s contract. He’s making big money for a kicker too, a whopping $5.1 million.
