Second-round tenders for Sam Hurd, Cory Procter

Like Stephen Bowen, Sam Hurd and Cory Procter will receive the second-round tender for the second straight year. Hurd and Procter will make $1.759 million if they make the team. The Cowboys would receive a second rounder in return if they chose not to match a deal. Hurd led the Cowboys with 19 special teams tackles in 2009 and had seven catches for 121 yards and a touchdown in limited playing time offensively. Procter was active for every game and saw spot duty during the year.
