The Washington Redskins ended their season on a down note, losing to the Philadelphia Eagles 10-34. Since then, the Redskins have made some coaching adjustments. Those changes will be seen at this year’s Senior Bowl.
I’m going to say it: The Redskins staff need this win. These guys need a dry run like this to see how they interact with each other. While I know coaching college players is very different than dealing with the pros, this game will be about how they(the coaches) gel together.
And just to be real with you for a moment, this game is more about the Redskins staff than North vs. South. If the Redskins staff can’t coach a team comprised of some of the brightest in college football, what will this say about coaching a pro team?
It’s a stretch, I know, but this is an important game, especially this year.
People to watch:
Raheem Morris-New DB Coach: Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head Coach.
Ike Hilliard-New Wide Receiver Coach: Former NY Giants receiver.
