Should the Eagles trade Kolb to a team that needs a QB?

Last year showed us that many teams are in need of a quarterback. Why don't the Eagles trade Kolb to a team that needs a QB for a WR. The Panthers have Steve Smith wasting away there and are in desperate need of a QB, you could even put Lito in there to sweeten the deal. There's Joe Horn in Atlanta, Andre Johnson in Houston, and Laveranues Coles with the Jets. Should the Eagles be willing to trade Kolb? Plus I'm sure McNabb would feel better if his "replacement" wasn't around anymore.
