Simms Takes Most of the First Team Snaps in 11-on-11 Drills

While everyone seems to have the same opinion that Brett Favre will be the Buccaneers opening day starter, for now, a long lost QB is taking first team snaps with the team.  During the afternoon practice today, Chris Simms took a lot of first team snaps during the teams 11-on-11 drills.  Simms was ahead of Luke McCown, and sources say that so far he looks good and is not showing any issues from his injury.  Jeff Garica is likely to sit due to his calf issue and will not play in the preseason opener.
