In 1995, the Los Angeles Rams' owner, Georgia Frontiere, moved her dismal team to a new home in St. Louis, MO. After four horrible seasons in their new city, the St. Louis Rams began to turn things around and became one of the best teams in NFL history, making it to the postseason in five out of six seasons including two Super Bowl showings.  From 1999 through the 2006 season the Rams finished second place or better and defeated the Tennessee Titans in Super Bowl XXIV in 1999 after going a disappointing 4-12 the previous year.  Since the 2006 season, the Rams have had very little to cheer about as they have not been back to the postseason since.  In 2012, a new era began as former Tennessee Titans head coach, Jeff Fisher, took over the reigns on the sidelines and showed more promise out of the team than anyone had seen in years. The St. Louis faithful once again have something to look forward to on Sundays. After tying and beating the NFC Champion San Francisco 49ers, the Rams' 7-8-1 record has shown the team is on, yet another, upward slope to greatness.  The long history of the Rams has seen many great players come and go including Hall-of-Famers Eric Dickerson, Deacon Jones, Merlin Olsen, Jack Youngblood and Jackie Slater to name a few. Since their move to St. Louis, many have played a large role in the success of the franchise but only four could make the monumental shrine of Mt. St. Louis.
