With running back Mewelde Moore sidelined this week because of a sprained MCL in his knee, the Pittsburgh Steelers have decided to promote undrafted rookie running back John Clay from the practice squad. Clay will wear #38 on Saturday against the St. Louis Rams. Clay was signed by the Steelers as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Wisconsin on July 26, 2011 and has been on the Steelers practice squad all season.
