The Atlanta Falcons improved to 8-0 on the season with a 19-13 win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.
Falcons QB Matt Ryan threw for 342 yards while Michael Turner had a good night on the ground with 102 rushing yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile Cowboys QB Tony Romo threw for 321 yards and a touchdown with WR Kevin Ogletre had three receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown.
The Falcons though become the 15th team to start the season 8-0 since the scheduled expanded in 1978. Six of those previous 14 teams went onto win the Super Bowl.

Dallas nose tackle Jay Ratliff suffered an apparent left leg injury late in the first half of Sunday night's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
