This is FOX 13 accidentally filming an unidentified naked Tampa Bay Buccaneer player in the background during a locker room interview. They were interviewing tackle Donald Penn when a random player from the team was seen changing behind him with his junk flopping around. Awkwardly the interview was about a measurement play at the end of the game where the refs didn't even measure for the first down, and Donald decides to say "measurement about 10 times."
