The Sporting News had a tidbit on the Titans TE Bo Scaife, and now back at 100 percent, the TE feels that 2010 is going to be a huge season for him:
Titans coaches expect TE Bo Scaife, who has 149 catches in only 32 starts the past three seasons, to reach a Pro Bowl level this season. Scaife mostly played through a nagging knee injury last season but says he’s 100 percent now.
“It would be good to see him be the go-to-guy, the first-down maker,” tight ends coach John Zernhelt told The Tennessean, “the guy that keeps the chains moving … that type of thing.”
Said Scaife: “If I can stay healthy, the sky is the limit for me. I’m going to have a good year, better than what I had last year. I thought I had a pretty good year last year, but I’d like to have a career year this year.”
