You can only push a guy so far, and for Tom Brady (363 YDS, 6 TD, 1 INT) the past week seemed as if he was the second year quarterback. The man who has Hall of Fame credentials took a back seat to Tim Tebow and all the hype.
When game time came around, Brady reminded Tebow and the rest of the country who the boss really was. Like all great warriors, mercy is for the weak and Brady was out for blood.
He went unconscious in the first half, leading the Patriots offense to 35 points while demoralizing the Denver defense. It was pick your poison with the Patriots receiving corp and Rob Gronkowski (10 REC, 145 YDS, 3 TD) was the deadliest venom.
After going up 14-0, the Patriots were primed to put the Broncos out of their misery when Brady made his only mistake of the evening. Trying to connect with Gronkowski over the middle he overthrew him and the pass was picked off by Denver Safety Quinton Carter. Brady walked to the sideline and at first seemed subdued, and then he exploded on hi...

Jan 14, All is fair in love and football
I am a New England Patriots fan, Tom Brady is awesome. I do think though that all is fair in love and football. Tim Tebow is an awesome player and person.
Tim Tebow and Tom Brady
I imagine that many people last night were checking the Bible for the appropriate Bible quote based upon the score change (guilty as charged) and I think funny enough a proper quotation was found at the end of the game. Last week Tim Tebow had 316 yards passing and everyone immediately seized on John 3:16. Last night Tebow finished with 136 yards passing and John 1:26 seems fitting...

But just like the AFC...
