The Houston Texans, as reported earlier, invited former Kansas State QB Collin Klein to participate at the team's rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.
Try as he may, he did not make the cut, reports FOX 26. “No, I did not sign,” Klein said after minicamp concluded. “I think they’re working through some things.
Klein looked like a longshot, and a player that would have to change positions for real shot in the NFL, most experts concluded. Teams wanted to see him work out as a tight end at the combine, but he refused. He had been working with former Kubiak player Jake Plummer on a few things, and both he and Kubiak were said to be impressed with his skills. Just not enough we suppose.
“I feel very good that I put my best foot forward and just so grateful they gave me the opportunity," Klein added.

Arian Foster Looking to Bounce Back?:
A lot of the preseason talk has been about Adrian Peterson which is likely just fine with Houston Texans running back Arian Foster.
Running back by committee has become the norm in the NFL. Minnesota does it with Adrian Peterson, and clearly after last season’s 2000+ yard performance they clearly do a very good job of it. So when...
