Two weeks after releasing Kevin Kolb, the Arizona Cardinals are reportedly interested in acquiring Oakland Raiders quarterback Carson Palmer for a “conditional” pick. The 33-year-old Palmer, who the Cincinnati Bengals took first overall out of the University of Southern California in 2003, has connected on 189 scores, against 130 picks, for 29,465 yards since debuting as a professional. Palmer, a two-time Pro Bowl selection, performed well last autumn in “The Town” and passed for 22 touchdowns, in comparison to 14 interceptions, for 4,018 yards.
