24-year old RB Ray Rice really broke out against the Browns yesterday in Cleveland.  He carried the ball 29 times for 204 yards (7.0 ypc) with 1 TD run and he also caught 2 passes for 10 yards (5.0 avg).  The Ravens are 5-0 this year when Ray Rice gets 20 or more carries in a game!  The Ravens should be a run first team right now, as Joe Flacco just isn’t playing too well so far this year.  Rice has played in 12 games for the Ravens so far this year and he has carried the ball 208 times for 926 yards (4.5 ypc) with 9 TD runs.  He has also caught 56 passes for 547 yards (9.8 avg) with 2 TD grabs so far this year.  Rice is by far the best offensive skill player on the Ravens so they need to get the ball in his hands as much as possible.

Baltimore Ravens dominate Cleveland Browns; remain on top of AFC North

Going into Cleveland this Sunday the Baltimore Ravens had to be aware of their constant struggles against lesser opponents this season. Coming off of a huge win against the San Francisco 49ers, the Ravens had to keep their emotions in check and make sure that they get a victory against a Browns team that is clearly not on the same level. Unfortunately for the Cleveland Browns, they...

Overmatched and Underwhelming Browns Lose to Ravens

The Cleveland Browns were beaten handily by Ray Rice and the Ravens 24-10, but that doesn’t tell the story.  The Ravens appeared to be trying very hard to keep the Browns in the game over the course of the first three quarters.  The Browns had plenty of opportunities, but they shot themselves in the foot continually. Granted it was a wet day in Cleveland, but the Browns receivers...

Ravens Chasing Texans, Patriots

One misstep by either the Houston Texans or the New England Patriots would put the Baltimore Ravens in the lead for playoff seeding. So what do the Ravens think about their playoff chances? Just ask Ray Rice.

Ravens lead 17-3 at the end of the third quarter

The Cleveland Browns finally got on the board on the Ravens' defense. Peyton Hillis caught a 52-yard pass to get the Browns near the Ravens' end zone, but the defense held and allowed just a field goal to Phil Dawson. On Baltimore's next drive, Ray Rice sliced through the Browns' defense for a 67-yard gain that set up a Ricky Williams touchdown. Ravens are up...

Expect Better of Browns, But Skip the Outrage

We all want better.  Not a single one of us Browns fans that I know wouldn’t say that.  Arm tackles that Ray Rice shrugged off all day + dropped touchdowns + horrible interceptions makes for an unacceptable math equation.  What I don’t understand is the sense of entitled outrage that seems to be bubbling up at every opportunity with this team. Outrage indicates some...
