The Cowboys are not making the playoffs and it's all Jerry Jones' fault.  He put together the coaching staff and the team.  He needs to own it. After an average Thanksgiving week of picks I'm sitting at 114-63.  I need to step my game up as we sprint to the postseason. Jacksonville at Buffalo - Chad Henne is proving that he can play QB in the NFL.  I liked him in Miami and thought they should have held onto him.  The Jaguars are not a good team, but Henne's value increases every week. The Bills are one of many teams in the NFL that will be looking at the QB position as soon as the season ends.  They have a running game, some receivers and a solid TE on offense, they need a QB that won't turn it over.  Their defense is a mess too but there's too much to get into here. I'll go with Henne and the Jaguars here. Seattle at Chicago - This is a match-up of two very good defenses.  The Seahawks have an elite RB to go along with their great ...

  • Yes they are terrible. Yes it's Jerry's fault but the sad fact is nothing will change because Jerry thinks he is doing a good job. And when there is no one above him that can fire him,he will continue on this same path.
  • I miss Campo & Quincy Carter...
  • Wait 'til Jerry decides to take over the head coaching job too. It is inevitable that he will do it, leading to the destruction of this once-fine team.
  • Nothing will change with the Cowboys until the sheep quit going to the games and quit buying the Cowboy merchandise. It's the only thing Jerry understands.

DeMarco Murray looks probable, Felix Jones returns to practice

The Dallas Cowboys may have both DeMarco Murray and Felix Jones for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Murray returned to practice this week after being out since a Oct. 14 game against Baltimore. The Cowboys likely will also have Felix Jones. The left foot of Murray has been an ongoing storyline for the Cowboys who have fallen to last in the NFL in rushing, averaging...

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins has been fined $7,875 for pushing Pierre Garcon to the ground well after the Washington receiver crossed the goal line on a 59-yard touchdown last week. Cowboys coach Jason Garrett confirmed Thursday that Jenkins was fined. Jenkins was penalized for unnecessary roughness for the shove on Garcon in the end zone during the Redskins' 38-31...

Cowboys “Cautiously Optimistic” That DeMarco Murray Will Play Against The Eagles

Matt Mosley reports that the Dallas Cowboys are “cautiously optimistic” they will have RB DeMarco Murray for Sunday night’s matchup against the Eagles. Mosley added that “this is the first time I’ve actually believed Murray has a shot at playing.” Murray put in another practice on Thursday, but figures to split carries with Felix Jones this weekend. There’s no...

Simulation Review: Cowboys Are Favored by a Touchdown

Most simulations have the Cowboys winning by about a touchdown, or perhaps more. It’s been a long nine days since the Cowboys ruined our Thanksgiving. Dallas returns to the field tomorrow night to face the Philadelphia Eagles, who have not won since September. The simulations do not think the game will be close. Notwithstanding the Thanksgiving performance, the sims have the Cowboys...

Garrett can't afford loss to dysfunctional Eagles

IRVING, Texas Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett stood before his team Wednesday morning and delivered a strong message about how important it was to have a good practice. According to eyewitnesses, the Princeton man even changed his facial expression a time or two. Who knows whether or not it will matter Sunday night against the Eagles, but a handful of Cowboys players confirmed...

Sterling Moore signs with the Dallas Cowboys

Happy to welcome @sterlingmoore to the Dallas Cowboys. Ex SMU star come back to Big D.— Jordan Woy (@JordanWoy) December 1, 2012I never really understood why Belichick cut Sterling Moore, he didn't seem to blame for a lot of the secondary's struggles. That is, until the Patriost signed Aqib Talib, then things became crystal clear.I wish Sterling Moore all the luck in the...
