Making his first NFL start, Nick Foles completed 21-of-46 passes for 204 yards and two interceptions at the Redskins in Week 11. It turns out Michael Vick wasn’t the problem after all. The Eagles were an embarrassing mess on Sunday. It can’t all be pinned on the rookie signal caller, but he certainly didn’t help matters. Showing shoddy footwork, Foles completed just 45.6 percent of his passes at a paltry 4.4 yards per attempt. He failed to move the offense in the second half even in pass-heavy mode with the Redskins nursing a commanding lead. A source tells Profootballtalk that Vick (concussion) could be cleared for Week 12. Despite last week’s report that Vick will be “rested,” I suspect he will be reinserted as the starter after Foles’ underwhelming effort on Sunday.  The Eagles should look to draft another quarterback next year, because obviously it is not Vick’s problem.  It could be the coaching staff but Foles looked horrible.  How long will it be before the Eagles fans start ...
