We currently sit at the midway point of the NFL season and there have been numerous players, teams and coaches who have left us scratching our heads, wondering how or why they have not lived up to expectations. Sometimes these things are easy to predict, but sometimes they remain unexplained and unanswered. These answers may be centered around team development, lackadaisical approach or simply father time beginning to ring his alarm. In my attempt to shed light on who, in my opinion, has underachieved for their perspective team or city, I will base my decisions on high profiled players, coaches, contracts and hyped up storylines. There is still some time to salvage some pride and production, but the effects of the first eight (8) games will be still be existent and play themselves out for the remainder of this season's schedule. The following are my selections of the players, teams or coaches, that have fallen below expectations this year and need to prove themselves worthy for redemption.
