Found October 15, 2010 on Saints Gab:

For the third straight game, the Saints offense will have to carry on without its main running back, Pierre Thomas. Still sidelined by an ankle injury, Thomas has been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup against Tampa Bay, leaving the bulk of the action to be split between Ladell Betts and Chris Ivory once again. Although encouraged by the decreased swelling in his ankle and anxious to get back out on the field, Thomas has said he doesn’t want to risk a setback by trying to come back too soon. Joining him (and others) on the growing list of injured players this week is Randall Gay who is suffering from a concussion. He too has been ruled out for Sunday.

DE Will Smith is listed as questionable against the Bucs while still nursing a groin injury. Inactive against Arizona, Smith says that he’s feeling a lot better, but that it will be up to the coaches whether or not he will be able to suit up come Sunday.

Listed as probable are safety, Roman Harper and linebacker, Scott Shanle who are both hampered by groin injuries.
