The Titans lost right tackle David Stewart in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Texans with a lower right leg injury. Stewart was taken off the field on a cart after being placed in an air cast. It appears to be a significant injury, which would end his 2012 season. Mike Otto replaced Stewart in the lineup. Stewart was injured when Texans linebacker Barrett Ruud, a former Titan, fell on his leg on a play when quarterback Jake Locker connected with tight end Jared Cook on a 25-yard pass play.
