After watching the Steelers game this past Thursday, it is undeniable that Mewelde Moore is the Steelers best option at running back for this season. Much like last season when Willie Parker was injured and with Rashard Mendenhall on injured reserve, Moore comes into the game with a nose for the sticks. He plays tough and operates well in the open field. In an article written by fellow writer Nick Signorelli, Evolution of the Steelers: These Arent Your Parents Steelers Anymore, he talks about the transition of the Steelers from a run oriented offense to one more dominated by the pass. Nick couldn't be more correct, the Steelers are a passing team, and have been for a few years now.
