The sports birthdays for April 26 include two below average ex-Chicago baseball players in Kosuke Fukudome, Joe Crede, current Pittsburgh Penguins 4th liner Craig Adams, and former Houston Astros pitcher Mike Scott. Here’s a sweet 1990 Fleer card of Mike Scott and Nolan Ryan, both members of the 300 strikeout club. This was the only season that Mike Scott had 300 K’s so Fleer was a bit presumptuous in including him on a “Super Star Special” card.
The real winner of today’s sports birthday is former San Diego Chargers bruising running Natrone Means “business”. Here’s a video compilation, which includes some nice old school Chris Berman commentary, showing some highlights from Means stellar 1994 season.

The Chargers select Tourek Williams in the 6th round
Williams has proven himself to be a quick learner on the football field.
