Pittsburgh Steelers rookie running back Le'Veon Bell made is NFL debut Sunday in the loss to the Minnesota Vikings and offensive coordinator Todd Haley said Wednesday following practice he was pleased with what he saw out of the Michigan State product in the game. "I thought Le'Veon, for the time that he's been out, that that was a real good start," Haley said. "He made some plays for us. I thought our screen game improved with him in there, he made a couple of attitude-type runs, you know running over the safety, carrying some backers with him. "So overall, again, missing a ton of time and really not have seeing a whole bunch, other than the first week and a half of training camp, I thought that was a real good start and we're excited about what he was able to give us in the game." Bell registered 74 yards off offense against the Vikings via 16 rushes and four receptions. He also scored the Steelers first two rushing touchdowns of the season to boot. Bell, who was reportedly limited this week in practice after playing 60 snaps against the Vikings, figures to again get a heavy workload against the New York Jets a week from Sunday as the Steelers look to notch their first win of the 2013 season.
