Tom Brady - It’s Not About The Shoes Commercial (by CelticsPatriotsman) I know TFB’s catching a lot of crap this off-season, but going to five Super Bowls in his ten full seasons? For those that are bad at math that’s going to a Super Bowl every other year for ten seasons. And one other year was a loss in the AFCCG. Ultimately winning those Super Bowls is what matters, but I’m sorry I’ll put Tom Brady up against any quarterback in history and like my chances. Even Eli Manning.

Bobby Carpenter Joins Patriots After Two Stints With Bill Parcells' Teams

The Patriots took a flier Thursday on linebacker Bobby Carpenter, a highly touted prospect who has yet to pan out. Carpenter, a first-round draft pick from Ohio State in 2006, was selected by former Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells. Things never worked out in Dallas, but Parcells gave him another chance with the Dolphins in 2010, while he was running Miami's front office. Carpenter...

Patriots Sign Carpenter

The New England Patriots added another linebacker to their roster on Thursday when they signed former Ohio State standout Bobby Carpenter. Carpenter, who played along side A.J. Hawk at Ohio State, was a first round draft pick (18th overall) of the Dallas Cowboys in the 2006 NFL Draft.  He never lived up to the hype in Dallas and in four seasons failed to secure a starting job...

Positional draft needs for the Patriots

Patriots bolster linebacking corps, sign Bobby Carpenter

A six year veteran, Bobby Carpenter (6’2, 250) is a product of Ohio State and drafted in 2006 as the Dallas Cowboy first round pick (18th Overall). Carpenter spent three years in the Cowboys 3-4 but was considered a disappointment. He was traded to the St. Louis Rams for offensive lineman Aaron Barron. Carpenter gets a chance to resurrect his career in New England and could be...
