Recently released Tommie Harris spoke up about his departure from the Bears today. He said their is still “a chance” that he could return to the Bears after being released by them on Feb. 28th.
A return to the Bears could happen. Look at the move the Packers made yesterday when they brought back linebacker A.J. Hawk after he was released. That is clearly a different situation, but Harris could weigh his options and find a return to Chicago as a solid one.

Asked if he would consider a return to the Bears, here is what Harris said: “I don’t burn any bridges so I would never say never.”
“I’m going to come back on my own terms, “I’m not taking the first offer that’s out there. I’m going to present myself as healthy as possible. I have not had that chance in the past, and I’m just going to come to the table when I’m ready.”
