Bush League Chronicle:
New Orleans head coach Sean Payton suffered a broken knee, a broken tibula, and a torn MCL on Sunday after one of his own players ran out of bounds and inadvertenly bowled over him in the first half. Payton continued to command his team from the bench for the remainder of the half before staying in the team's locker room throughout the second half -- all the while still coaching. If this doesn't qualify as one of the grittiest coaching performances in league history, I don't know what would.

Last week, I predicted the Saints wouldn’t be taken down by the over zealous Bucs and their quest for redemption. Well, it takes a big woman to admit when she’s wrong. And I…Nola Chick…am not that woman.
A more noble woman might say that we Saints fans should give the Bucs credit for playing a better game all around. They did everything they needed to do. They earned...
