A federal judge set a trial date of March 26 in Portland, Ore., for a civil lawsuit seeking more than $1 million from Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh as a result of a one-car accident in December, according to the Oregonian.
In a complaint filed in July, Saadia Van Winkle alleges Suh engaged in negligence, reckless driving and intentional infliction of emotional distress after he crashed his 1970 Chevrolet coupe into a light pole, drinking fountain and tree in Portland in the early-morning hours of Dec. 3 while serving a two-game suspension from the Lions.
Van Winkles attorney, Sarah Nelson, told the Free Press her client, a passenger in the back seat, still suffers from neck and back injuries from the accident and has a scar from a laceration above her eye that required stitches.
Suh called 911 after the accident but declined medical attention and said everyone involved in the crash was fine. Suh was not charged in the accident, and Portland police did not reopen an investigation after Van Winkle's complaint.

Crabtree certainly has lived up to that standard himself during the Niners’ 2-0 start.
