Sometimes the wheels of justice move ever so slowly. Thats certainly the case in Miami where the man accused of shooting to death Washington Redskins safety Sean Taylor has yet to stand trial. Amy Shipley of the Washington Post reports the trial of Eric Rivera, now 22, has been postponed indefinitely with Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Dennis Murphy setting a hearing for July 12, three months from now. Taylor was murdered during a failed robbery attempt at his home in November 2007. At this point, its unclear if Rivera will stand trial before the five-year anniversary of the slaying.
