Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said today that safety Troy Polamalu will most likely miss Thursday night’s game against the Tennessee Titans. Polamalu, who just returned to the field against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, aggravated his right calf muscle in the 1st quarter after a Michael Vick fumble. Ryan Mundy replaced him for the rest of the game. He first injured the calf during the season opener at Denver on September 9th. "He will probably be deemed out this week because of the week itself being a quick turnaround and the nature of the injury," Mike Tomlin said in his weekly press conference. "We will evaluate him when get back from Tennessee. We don't think he will participate." Polamalu has had his share of problems since returning from an Achilles tendon injury on the same leg in 2010, and many are contemplating life without him as an integral part of the Steelers defense.
