We spent a fair amount of time last week discussing the free-agent status of center Dan Koppen. I addressed several issues, and spoke with him over the phone. While Patriots QB Tom Brady’s lieutenant would like to stay in New England, Koppen added, “I’m not shut off to the idea” of going somewhere else. What if Koppen is a free agent?
