With the Giants on the brink of seeing their playoff hopes completely vanish -– New York is still mathematically alive but will need a lot of help to get in -- defensive end Osi Umenyiora said he's reflected a bit over his career with the NFL team that drafted him, and has come to accept that there is a "very real possibility" that this is his final season as a Giant. Umenyiora, who was drafted by the Giants in the second round back in 2003, had his contract adjusted at the start of the season to where he received a bump in pay. He will be an unrestricted free agent after this season. "Yeah, I've definitely thought about it, but that's pretty much out of my control at this point," he said when asked if he thought about this weekend's game against the Eagles possibly being his last as a Giant. "The only thing I can control is the effort I give, and I'll continue to do that." Umenyiora said he's more concerned with winning than he is about showing people that he is still the premier pass rusher he believes himself to be. "I just want to win, honestly," he said. "I don't control a lot of things that go on out there on the football field. It's just one of those situations where I think what I've put on tape has been good for all to see, and we'll just go from there."
