With Super Bowl week in full swing, a handful of New Orleans restaurants have made slight modifications to their “No shirt, No shoes, No Service” policies by adding “Roger Goodell” to the list of unwelcome items. The NFL commissioner is loathed more in the Big Easy than perhaps any other NFL city, almost entirely due to his handling (and subsequent fumble) of the Bountygate scandal — a fiasco that caused considerable damage to the New Orleans Saints’ 2012 season.
