Houston Texans DT Michael Brockers, the Rams’ top draft choice in 2012, finished with seven tackles, including three for loss and two sacks. However, Rams coach Jeff Fisher said Brockers, a 6-foot-5, 326-pounder from LSU, was even more dominant than that.
ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Rams stayed confident despite a rough 1-3 start to the season.
Now that they've bounced back to win two in a row, coach Jeff Fisher says his club's ability to stay on an even keel through the bad beginning played a key role in the turnaround.
"They really never lost their confidence, they just lost games," he said.

Way back when on July 14th, I had this to say about Zac Stacy in my St. Louis Rams team preview:
“Player to Watch: 5’8 rookie Zac Stacy has the appearance of a scat back, but he’s anything but. Stacy runs with power behind a low center of gravity, displays excellent vision and makes quick, decisive cuts. Vanderbilt used him frequently...
Rookie Rams linebacker Alec Ogletree put his name on the highlight reel today by picking off Texan’s quarterback T.J. Yates (in for the injured Matt Schaub) and taking it to the house. Ogletree took the rock 98 yards for the score and put some more hurt on the already reeling Texans.

St. Louis wasn't surprised by anything the Houston Texans did on Sunday in the Rams' 38-13 win.
They were however, a bit taken aback that they were able to force four turnovers.
''That was the big thing,'' coach Jeff Fisher said.
Indeed, it was.

Here's how long it's been since it's been since the St Louis Rams had a game like this: my five year old son has never done so many touchdown dances in one day. In fact, he ended up injuring himself as the Rams went up 38-6 in the 3rd quarter. He may be a game-time decision next week.
The game-crowning Rams points were put on the scoreboard after a joyous field...

Who could have seen this one coming? Certainly not the Houston Texans. They were pummeled 38-13 by the Rams on Sunday at Reliant Stadium — and none of it could be blamed on beleaguered quarterback Matt Schaub.
It was the highest point total for the Rams since 2006 Scott Linehan's first year as Rams head coach.
For the second week in a row the opportunistic Rams mixed the...
There is not a quarterback in the NFL that is as maligned as Houston Texans gunslinger Matt Schaub. For four games in a row the man has thrown an interception that was returned for a touchdown--a new NFL record.
So when the other team scores without his help-- well, that's news.
Than again, its only the second quarter so there is plenty of time left.
I, of all people, appreciate true fandom at it’s core. Houston fans are furiously committed to analyzing and understanding their team to the fullest extent. That’s never been more apparent than over the last four weeks as our fan base has been struggling with the almost unexplainable and most certainly inexcusable collapse of our team.
While we can’t all come to terms on...
