Check out the video. The Pittsburgh Steelers will be celebrating their 80th season, so the team unveiled their throwback 1934 uniforms — and they look absolutely hideous. Fortunately, the black-and-gold striped jerseys will be worn for just two games in 2012. "We wanted to go back ... and recall some of the early days of the franchise," Steelers’ President Art Rooney II said. “Back in the early 1990's we wore the 1933 jersey for our throwback game, so we thought the 1934 jersey would be something different and would help us recall the early days of pro football."

The uniforms Steelers wore for throwbacks last year were awful. These should be worn by prisoners. Need more numbers though.
  • where is the hat,i'll need it ,excuse me uuuughhh
  • Are you serious YARDBARKER?!?!?! It is PITTSBURGH. I mean how dumb do you have to be to not even spell the city's name correctly. Idiots. You should be FIRED!
  • just imagine Casey Hampton in that god-awful outfit!
  • Absolutely hideous throwback jerseys. Are they really serious about them? There's a reason they were retired years ago!
  • they are NOT throwbacks.. my team NEVER wore something like that. i think whoever designs these things works for someone else. they try to make us look as foolish as they can(with the orange helmets last year). someone needs fired!!!!!!
  • Management makes another swift disicion? The Team looks like they are from the "Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory" not Pittsburgh, and the Player look like and played like the "Palumpas" in the 2nd half
