After seemingly getting healthy the past couple of weeks the Lions have once again hit the injury snag. Heading into Week 15 the Lions look to be without defensive tackle Nick Fairley (shoulder) and Brandon Pettigrew (ankle) which could come to the delight of some Lions fans. Safety Louis Delmas (knee) also enters the week questionable after having a limited practice Thursday and sitting out Wednesday and Friday’s sessions. Detroit Lions Pos.
