Despite a shoulder injury scare last week for the Bills’ C.J. Spiller, he is ACTIVE for their Week 4 game against New England.  Fred jackson is also ACTIVE following a short absence with a knee injury.  It is unclear who will carry the load but Jackson appears more healthy and could get 2/3 of the carries. A lingering groin injury has Steven Jackson owners worried, especially with the suddenly effective Darryl Richardson behind him, but he will play today against the stout Seattle defense. As for the late games, Hakeem Nicks has already been ruled out of their primetime matchup vs. Philly but keep your eye on Reggie Bush (knee) and Pierre Garcon (foot) as their status remains questionable. Fred Jackson Struggles in Return To Action

Buffalo running back Fred Jackson struggled in his return from a knee injury, collecting just 29 yards on 13 rushing attempts Sunday against the Patriots.Fantasy Spin:The Patriots went nuts for 45 points in the second half so the Bills were forced to throw the ball most of the fourth quarter, hence why Jackson's rushing numbers were a little subpar. Jackson also reeled in three...

Bills Injury News: C.J. Spiller, Fred Jackson

Though both were listed as questionable entering Sunday, the Buffalo Bills may have their two top running backs, C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson, when they take on the New England Patriots today. When the initial injury report was released Friday, Bills coach Chan Gailey told reporters that both Spiller and Jackson had a “legitimate” chance to play today, according...

Buffalo Bills RB C.J Spiller expected to play

Buffalo Bills RB C.J. Spiller’s teammates expect him to be active for Sunday’s game against the Patriots. Spiller was questionable after suffering a chest injury. Earlier this week it was reported that he had a long way to come back, but then it was found out escaped with just a sprain. Spiller returned to limited practice on Thursday. Spiller will most likely be playing a limited...

Buffalo Bills' running backs Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller are both active for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. Jackson returns after missing the past two games because of a knee injury sustained in Buffalo's season-opening loss to the New York Jets. Spiller is dressed after missing most of last week's win at Cleveland because of a shoulder injury...

Fred Jackson, C.J. Spiller questionable for Sunday

The Buffalo Bills have listed both Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller as questionable for Sunday’s showdown with the Patriots. “I think they both have a chance, a legitimate chance,” said Bills head coach Chan Gailey. If neither Jackson or Spiller plays, Tashard Choice would likely get the start.  He could still play even if only Jackson or Spiller is active.

NFL Sunday Selections

We had a good day Saturday, going 2-1 with the college picks, and now look to keep things rolling on Sunday with two top selections. The New England Patriots travel to Buffalo to take on the Bills as a 4 point favorite. New England comes in having lost 2 straight, both close games against good teams — a 2 point loss vs Arizona and a 1 point L to Baltimore. The Bills come in riding...

Week 4 NFL Preview: New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills

Less than 24-hours before kickoff and so many unanswered questions remain. Is C.J. Spiller going to play? How affective will Fred Jackson be in his return back from a Week 1 injury? Are Rob Gronkowski and Logan Mankins even going to suit up for the Patriots? Is this a must win game for New England on the road? How will a struggling Patriots’ offensive line deal with Buffalo...

NFL Week 4: Picks, predictions based on confidence

New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills: I haven’t jumped on the Ryan Fitzpatrick, C.J. Spiller and Buffalo Bills hype yet. Beating the Browns and crushing the Chiefs isn’t much to write home about. There is no doubt the Patriots defense need a lot of work and the team is having a hard time replacing TE Aaron Hernandez. There might be hope for the Bills this week but I honestly...

Bills vs Pats … shades of 2011?

Last year's celebratory shenanigans. Last year, right around this time, the Buffalo Bills pulled a stunt so unBillievable that the team’s lucky its fan base didn’t experience a collective heart attack. They beat the Patriots–in a true nail biter, I might add–for the first time since 2003. Let’s take a moment to relive that moment by clicking here. Ok, now that we...
