San Diego Chargers @ Kansas City ChiefsThe Chargers have struggled on offense but with Ryan Mathews back for his second game and a very soft defense all that could change this week. It is historically tough to play in Arrowhead but the Bills really took it to the Chiefs in week 2 at Arrowhead and if the Chargers can put it all together it could happen here again in week 4.The Chiefs are coming off an overtime win against the New Orleans Saints. The offense has been okay so far this season but the defense is not helping them at all. Currently sitting at 1-2 the Chiefs need to sure up that defense if they want to get a bigger number in the win column.San Diego Chargers (2-1): Philip Rivers is off to a mediocre start to the season and has not topped the 300-yard mark yet this season. His interception woes from last season seemed to have followed him into this one as he already has three interceptions.
