The Baltimore Ravens are coming off of a ten day rest after playing their first four games in an 18 day stretch and should be well rested heading into their week five match-up with the Kansas City Chiefs. Baltimore enters the contest with a 3-1 record and tied atop the AFC North, while Kansas City holds a 1-3 record and a last place standing in the AFC West.

The Ravens are coming off of a tough division rival victory over the Cleveland Browns 23-16 this past Thursday that saw their defense wake up from its slumber to hold Cleveland to just 357 total yards of offense and forced two turnovers. The Ravens defense still ranks 23rd overall in the NFL, but looks to be improving. Kansas City's offense should provide a good test for the Ravens defense as they are fourth in the NFL averaging 418.5 total yards per game and lead the NFL averaging 172.5 rushing yards per game. The Chiefs have yet to reveal who will be starting at quarterback, but one thing is for certain, whether its Matt Cassel or Brady Quinn (yeah that Brady Quinn…he is still in the league??) the Ravens secondary should have a field day as Cassel ranks second (Tony Romo) in interceptions thrown with seven (also, has three fumbles) and Brady Quinn, well is Brady Quinn. Kansas City is coming off a 37-20 loss to the San Diego Chargers and currently leads the league with 15 turnovers.

Perhaps the more intriguing match-up will be Baltimore's offense against Kansas City's defense. The Chiefs defense ranks in the top half of the league in total defense, but will be going up against Joe Flacco and the now high powered offensive attack that has the Ravens averaging 424 yards per game, second best in the league. Ray Rice may be in for a very productive week as the Chiefs weakness thus far has been stopping the run, as they allow 118 yards per game on the ground.

For the second week in a row, the Ravens look much better on paper than their opponent, but this week is different having to play in one of the toughest places to win on the road, Arrowhead.

A win this week would solidify the Ravens as one of the top teams in the league thus far and put them in a great position in the AFC North. Game time is scheduled for 1 pm EST this Sunday.
