Contrary to several teams around the NFL, the San Diego Chargers enter the upcoming 2013 NFL Draft in about the same shape they were in before the start of 2013 NFL Free Agency.  The team’s losses and additions on the open market were relatively insignificant, so it looks like this new regime will build through the draft.  Let’s take a look at the Chargers’ updated team needs (in no particular order). Offensive Line San Diego surrendered 49 sacks in 2012 and finished 27th in rushing, 24th in passing and next-to-last in total offense.  Jared Gaither was recently released by the team, signaling an already inevitable move to pick up one of the top offensive tackles available in April.
