Last year, NFL fans were stunned by the play of the Washington Redskins and the Indianapolis Colts. The two teams who literally went from the worst, to (almost) first, in only a year's time. The Colts and Redskins had the No. 1 & 2 pick in the 2012 Draft, and essentially bought themselves a ticket to the playoffs. Some of the teams on this list may come as a shock, but if you would have told me two years ago that the San Francisco 49ers would go onto make two NFC Championship appearances in a row, I would have laughed in your face, and said something along the lines of, "With who!? Alex Smith?!?"Oh how the tables can turn in the NFL.With so many disappointments in 2013, which losers (team with record below 8-8) will be able rebound in 2013 and possibly make a trip into the postseason?
