Robert Griffin III has been phenomenal.When the Washington Redskins traded up in the 2012 NFL Draft to take him second behind Andrew Luck, they did it with the expectation of RG3 becoming a franchise changing player.Little did the Redskins know that their expectations would be realized so quickly. The Redskins finished 10-6 this season and have won the NFC East division title for the first time since 1999. Robert Griffin III brought an instant change to the football culture in the nation's capitol. He has quickly become a cult hero to Redskins fans and NFL fans across the country.With all due respect to Indianapolis Colts quarterback - and fellow rookie - Andrew Luck, it goes without saying that RG3 has been the most outstanding rookie performer this season.
