The Philadelphia Eagles have claimed running back William Powell, formerly of the Arizona Cardinals off of waivers. Look for Powell to get a shot at a final roster spot, but it will be very hard considering the depth of competition at the running back position for the Eagles. LeSean McCoy leads the way in what also includes Bryce Brown, Felix Jones, Chris Polk and Matthew Tucker.
