First, some stats and facts about this weekend's winners:

Tom Brady
-  Also known as Tom “Freakin’” Brady and ‘Joe Montana if Joe Montana had been hot’
- Has 3 Super Bowl rings, 2 League MVPs and 2 Super Bowl MVPs, 300 TD passes and 1 Supermodel
- He’s been on the cover of Esquire magazine and GQ; has not been on the cover of Cat Fancy
- He’s married to one of the most famous women on the planet, and yet he fields more questions about his hair
- The only mistake he’s made in the last ten years is sign an endorsement deal with a company that markets boots to high school girls.  But he can do that, because he’s Tom “Freakin’” Brady

Eli Manning
-  Formerly known as“Peyton’s little brother”
-  Coming out of high school and Ole Miss, analysts would say he was going to be better than his brother, which resulted in those listening (including the author) to say “Ok, stupid, stop talking.”
- Has 1 Super Bowl ring and has ended the seasons of 2 of the best offensive teams in recent NFL history (2007 Patriots, 2011 Packers)
-  He is part owner of Cowboys Stadium (3-0 since it opened) and has a large stake in every Dallas Cowboys' season since 2003
-  Was originally drafted by San Diego but Eli’s reps said he wouldn’t sign with them.  Eli, himself, said nothing, his Dad, Archie, said it was the best move for his future, and his Mom said he didn’t go because he’s allergic to sunblock.
-  Enjoys Italian food, playing in the NFC East, and sharing New York sports pages with Mark Sanchez and the rest of the Jets.

And now, a bit about the other two:

Alex Smith
- Still known as ‘One of the chumps taken before Aaron Rodgers’
- He was Urban Meyer’s 'Tim Tebow' at Utah before the Virgin Mary had Tim Tebow and he was recruited to play at Florida
- Suffers from a little known anxiety disorder known as Alex Smith pre-2011…he is the only diagnosed case on record.
- Rumor has it Mike Singletary is really, really upset with him and wants to know “Where the hell all that had been the last few years!!!”

Joe Flacco
- You know, the quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens??  Come on, surely you’ve heard of him?  No, it's not a coffee shop!
- Four years in the league and has reached the Playoffs all four years, and was a key factor in a Playoff defeat of the Patriots in the Wild Card round of (he was 4-10 for 34 yards and 0 TDs)
- Despite his success, he still eats his team meals alone in his hotel room while watching Murder She Wrote
-  Very versatile:  #1 on depth chart at QB, #6 at linebacker.  Would easily beat up any of the other three quarterbacks above.
- My wife is a fan of the NFL.  Before last weekend, she had never heard of him either.
